GRADUATE PROGRAMME
At the heart of our graduate programme is an emphasis on personal advancement as well as continuous learning for achievement-oriented graduates. It will encompass a mixture of on-the-job and professional training, covering fundamental industry tool-kit essentials such as accounting skills as well as legal and regulatory training. In addition to developing technical skills, the graduate programme will give candidates the opportunity to cultivate important client relationships.
By the end of the programme, candidates will have established their own personal networks of industry professionals and will be looked upon as experts in their own right, ready to coordinate entire projects on their own. Upon completion of the programme, Altus’s corporate financiers will have developed a strong sense of commercial awareness, setting them in good stead with the necessary skills to either excel in the industry or to pursue their own business goals in different fields.
COMPULSORY TRAINING
Successful applicants will automatically be enrolled in compulsory licensing exams under The Hong Kong Securities Institute and undergo professional accounting (CPA) training for a period of roughly 3 years.
All course and examination costs will be borne by the company.
ELIGIBILITY
SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME
Our summer internship programme offers outstanding students a taste of what it is like being a corporate financier.
The programme will last 8 to 10 weeks. We want to give students an insight into various aspects of the financial industry, where there will be ample opportunities to engage with our clients. The fast-paced nature of the industry means that every action yields speedy results, and students can expect to see some of their work through to fruition.
Our performance-oriented culture also means that students will be continuously assessed during the internship. Offers to join our graduate training programme will be extended to strong performers.

Candidates who have obtained the abovementioned qualifications are exempted from this training course.
